We are equipped with an ALS level ambulance that is in service for 911 calls 24/7, 365 days of the year. We also have two additional ambulances capable of operating at the ALS or BLS level for additional calls or scheduled transports.
Rescue A1
Bristol Rescue A1 is a 2019 Braun ambulance built on a Ford F-450 chassis. Rescue A1 is Bristol’s primary ambulance, equipped to advanced life support level 24/7/365. Rescue A1 is equipped with a Zoll X-Series monitor, Stryker XPS power load cot, and a full array of advanced medications and interventions.
Rescue A2
Bristol Rescue A2 is a 2023 Demers Type 2 ambulance built on a Ford T250 Transit chassis. Rescue A2 is equipped at advanced life support level, and serves as our primary transport inter-facility and to patient residences, as well as a backup to either of the other two trucks in our fleet, and can often be spotted at community events, providing standby and secondary EMS coverage. Rescue A2 is equipped with a Zoll X-Series monitor, Stryker XPS power load cot, and a full array of advanced medications and interventions.
Rescue A3
Bristol Rescue A3 is a 2017 Braun ambulance built on a Ford F-450 chassis. Rescue A3 is Bristol’s secondary ambulance, equipped to advanced life support level 24/7/365. Rescue A3 is equipped with a Zoll X-Series monitor, Stryker XPS power load cot, and a full array of advanced medications and interventions.
